Real talk. I am 30 years old -- and preventing lines and wrinkles is no joke. Finding the right products has become an incredibly, arduous task! There are so many products out there, so many reviews. I am just trying to navigate my way around the beauty aisle (basically clueless) like every other lady out there.

I actually saw a post for ODIN pop up on my Instagram and I was instantly intrigued for a number of reasons. The "Skin Perfecting Serum"  is advertised as natural, vegan -- cruelty-free, gluten-free, synthetic free, fragrance-free and vegan. It's also made in the USA using wind power -- ya 'Murica and going green!

The ingredients include the right combo of "chemicals and naturals" (as I like to put it). Their website aptly says the serum is packed with "essential ingredients" -- including Retinol, hyaluronic acid, botanicals, ocean minerals, Astaxanthin, CoQ10, and Niacinamide.

The serum is light-weight, has a fresh feel. The texture is gel-like, it dries quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling oily. Oh, and there's no weird smell (which I always find important, lol).

I did see an improvement with my wrinkles. My stubborn crows feet didn't magically erase, but there was a softening -- and my forehead looked really good! And for just $38 bucks... I mean my COLBERT MD serum costs $170 -- the price on this product is just flat out a steal.

I am definitely going to add this serum to my beauty routine. I am currently using my COLBERT MD in the mornings and then the ODIN serum at night. It's affordable and effective.I am a big fan!

BeautiScoop is genius!

My beauty adventures continue! And this time I am actually reviewing a tool that every lady -- and frankly everybody, family-- should have: the BeautiScoop from Beautility.

When I got this in the mail, I was like what the heck is this unusual torture device, LOL! But then after a little inspection, I realized I had a incredible invention in my hands. The BeautiScoop is a long stick (roughly 7 to 8 inches) with two spoon heads on the ends (one smaller, another a little larger). And it's easy to use! You stick it in bottles of product you're using and scoop out those remnants -- that are almost always impossible to get without this nifty device!

Their website claims, when using the BeautiScoop, that users can save up to 25 percent of products, like lip gloss, make up containers, serums, lip sticks, travel-size tubes, lotion, foundations, moisturizers, shampoo, creams, gels, toothpastes, prescriptions -- the list goes on and on.

"It fits into the narrow openings of the smallest and tallest containers to reach every drop you paid for. It’s patented dual-scoop design collapses to fit in to tiny openings, clings to the inside of the container and cradles without spilling."

You can get a BeautiScoop for just 10 bucks, two for $20. Fun gift for friends or family -- they're stylish, sleek. Obviously, using a BeautiScoop is much better than digging around with a potentially hazardous knife or an ineffective chop stick.

Another positive about BeautiScoop, parts of your purchase go towards two great causes, fighting clean water inequality and human trafficking, helping them "move toward the goal of cleaner water, more justice, and more freedom."

Dew Puff: Cute & Cleanses!

The Dew Puff konjac plant sponge looks adorable, but it's also an exceptional face and body cleansing tool! They have three types: Original (white), Asian Clay (orange) and Bamboo Charcoal (grey). The Original is for all skin types. The Asian Clay is for drying/aging skin. The Bamboo Charcoal is for blemish prone skin.

They're hard when they come out of their packaging, but then you just add water and it turns soft. You can add cleanser if you want or just sponge down your face, and the Dew Puff will "break down dirt, absorb impurities and promote circulation", according to the company.

When I got in the shower, I was a little confused at first. It feels like a porous block, but seriously, within seconds, it turns into this squishy sponge! And, boy, does it feel great on your skin. It's smooth, silky, soothing. I really enjoy using the Dew Puff on my face and body! It's hard to describe how it feels, but it's so gentle! I don't suffer from serious acne, so I can't really say if it shows vast improvements when it comes to blemishes, but it definitely exfoliates nicely and feels great on your skin. Compared to other loofahs I've used in the past, this is a clear winner.

The company based out of Boulder, Colorado says the Dew Puff sponges "are the modern version of one of the oldest, most traditional beauty tools in the world...used for hundreds of years in Asia." It's 100% natural konjac fiber, no preservatives, biodegradable, compostable! You can find them online for 8 to 10 dollars.

I'm definitely going to continue using these little guys, I really like how it feels on my skin and they're inexpensive!

PinkBlush is not just for moms, it's hot.

My co-anchor, Anne Cutler, started wearing these fabulous dresses on-air. I immediately asked her, where are these coming from. She told me that the company PinkBlush (shoppinkblush.com) had an incredible collection of clothes! I told her "Fantastic, I'll have to try that company out -- when I'm pregnant." Then she laughed and told me -- you don't have to wait! Much to my relief, PinkBlush doesn't just sell maternity clothes -- and man do their dresses rock.

The photo above is easily my favorite (Navy Blue Floral Off Shoulder Dress, $52  http://www.shoppinkblush.com/p-21631-navy-floral-off-shoulder-maternity-dress.aspx?DepartmentID=2). It is comfortable, beautiful and looks great on. A little sexy, but not over the top.

This Blue Lace Dress ($75 http://www.shoppinkblush.com/p-6720-blue-lace-maternity-dress.aspx?DepartmentID=2) is perfect for work. It's classy, longer length, but still shows off that figure -- and I love the color and the lace!

And if you want something comfy and professional, then look no further than the Red Chiffon Bell Sleeve Dress ($34 http://www.shoppinkblush.com/p-18758-red-chiffon-bell-sleeve-maternity-dress.aspx?DepartmentID=2). You can also dress this one up or down. Another great piece!

PinkBlush's clothes do not disappoint. They're fun, flirty -- yet great to wear to work. The material is fantastic, very comfortable -- awesome for a woman on-the-go! And it's not just for moms, it's for all! It's hot.

size up

I am one of those inbetweeners. I am not really a Medium, not really a Large -- and if you fall in this category, you know how incredibly annoying this can be. Especially when you're ordering online -- and let's be real -- a ton of us do that now. I mainly order my stuff online!

So over the years, I have had this internal conflict before I press the "order" button (especially since some stores make you pay to return, . I don't want it to be tight or too baggy. With dresses, I have found that sizing up never hurts. Especially nowadays, with this whole bohemian, baggy chic thing going on -- you can usually salvage a bigger dress with a belt. So, I say size up! In fact, I have found sizing up is almost always the way to go -- whether you're buying bikinis or blazers. Of course, we would love for everything to fit like a glove, but don't I'm basically saying, error on bigger!

Love this v-neck belted dress from @letote and it was on sale for $9 🤑Unreal cheap and adorable 👗

yes, the weather lady dress is the best

I am sure you saw all the news stories about this weather lady dress, that basically every on-air personality owns...LOL, well close.  And I am obviously included in that group.

Well, if you'd like a nice dress for work, this is a great choice ( https://www.amazon.com/HOMEYEE-Womens-Stretch-Pencil-U837/dp/B00RYRB6UA)

The material isn't the greatest, but it is by no means the worst. It's actually comfortable and looks very nice in person, but it's definitely by no means high quality. But for 25-30 bucks, I really cannot complain.

Then I started researching and found a bunch of great dresses around this price range. Again, not the greatest quality, but still would be great for work. So pretty pumped that I bought the weather lady dress and now I have discovered  -- what seems like -- a hidden treasure trove of business casual dresses.

Ladies, I definitely recommend this dress and encourage you to shop around and check out the others. I've already purchased a couple other designs from the same company or similar companies. So yes, the weather lady dress is the best.

beautiful bomber jackets

Le Tote Le Lis - Floral Embroidered Bomber Jacket $39 & Glamorous - Cut Out  Mock Neck Dress $54

Le Tote Le Lis - Floral Embroidered Bomber Jacket $39 & Glamorous - Cut Out  Mock Neck Dress $54

I am all about the bomber jacket right now. These jackets can dress up a casual outfit -- throw it over a t-shirt and jeans and you have a really fashionable look. Or you can put it with a fancy dress (like the photo above) and it makes the outfit laid back and fun!

I also love the intricate embroidery I have seen on a lot of them. The floral embroidery on this Le Lis - Floral Embroidered Bomber (via Le Tote $39) was stunning. I got a ton of compliments when I was wearing it.

Definitely an item you got to add to your closet and you can find many inexpensive ones at Forever 21  -- or you can go high end! Bomber jackets are da bomb!
